Bosnian al-Qaeda terrorist to testify of Serb killing
Islamic terrorist Ali Hamad seeks a temporary asylum to Serbia and has expressed his willingness to testify at the Serbia’s war crimes court about atrocities his Bosnian El Mujaheed units have committed against Serbs during the Bosnian civil was in the 1990s.
“I have asked to be provided a departure to Serbia and a temporary life in it. For now, I am not seeking an asylum from Serbia,” said Ali Hamad whose Bosnian Jihad name is Abu Ubeyda after a fateful follower of Islam’s inventor Mohammed.
Born in Bahrain, Ali Hamad came to Bosnia in 1992 to join the Bosnian Muslim army in fighting a Jihad against Serbs and Croats, who are Christian.
In 1997 he was given a 12 year sentence by a Bosnian court for terrorist activities in the city of Mostar. While in jail, Hamad wrote a book In the Network of Evil. He was released from jail on December 31, 2008.
“Serbian prosecution for war crimes has an interest in granting him a visit because it is investigating war mujahedeen war crimes committed against Serbian civilians in central Bosnia,” said Ali Hamad’s lawyer Dusko Tomic.
Tomic said that Hamad wants to go to Serbia because he got a positive view of it after his contact with the Serbia’s prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic.
Tomic said that he already held talks with the Serbian Prime Minister about Hamad’s asylum.
“We are interested in the testimony of Ali Hamad. If we were to come with evidence then the subject will be formed,” said Serbia’s chief prosecutor Bruno Vekaric.
Ali Hamad also testified at the trial of the Bosnian Muslim army General Rasim Delic where he described the court that al Qaeda was part of the Bosnian Muslim army.
Hamad first broke the silence on al-Qaeda presence in Bosnia when he told the German Spiegel that Osama bin Laden is sending his men to Bosnia not because he cares about Bosnian Muslims but in order to establish a base from which he can destroy the West.
After his release from the Bosnian jail, Hamad has been living in the Immigration Center in Bosnia and has said that he wants to go to Serbia because Bosnia is a “country that does not respect its own laws”.

How come this guy was only sentenced 12 years if he has killed innocent Serbs, or participated in thi NETWORK OF EVIL? He should be in jail for the rest of his life. All war criminals should be in the same jail, no matter their nationaliy, for a lifetime sentence.
People like him should not be permitted to live among us.

Veljkovic, this one, personally, killed no one.. He’s aside- boy, nothing else. He’s witness, here and there, that’s all. Black sheep of his family, country, organization and religion.. He actually killed no one in his life. He can speak, only.., two armies of investigators needs few years to confirm something of his stories- this is the only way! Otherwise.., wasting time! The only thing he will say (remember) it’s : “Ask here..” or “Ask there..” Anyway, a single location with evidence- would be good deal, still.. Look my post at other site.

He is a small fish…. He saw a lot, that’s true.. I do not agree, at all, that ANYONE should be executed.., like mentioned upper- DamageInc (BTW- I like your comments). It’s easy to die, why should anyone do that favor to them?? We can always “pretend” that some of those does not exist anymore, there’s large scale of possibilities to use them and get much more than several seconds satisfaction.. In the interest of the homeland, of course. THEY OWE US, MUCH MORE THAN THEIR ZERO LIFE!! Veljkovic, I cannot tell you more- this is second time this month you said that I should not trust here or there.. My respect for what you do is HUGE, thank you! Veljkovic, I gave so much for Serbia and I lived unbelievable moments people do not “live” in movies very often.. Still I do not feel comfortable to say what I actually feel last decade – that I believe- NOBODY! BTW, do not give much attention on those training camps in Afghanistan, car bombs, Mujahideen stories, Al- Qaeda involvements and other for our understanding “strange” things..

He got many years for “washing the car”- Ahmed Zaid Salim Zuhair (big fish) used in Mostar bombing 1997.., that’s why he was 12 years in prison.. Anyway his man was commander of the ?El Mujahideen Unit? (circ. 100 men) committed horrific crimes on Croats and Serbs. Speaking about him, personally, and wagging him between “them” and them with Croats AN THEN all together with us…, he’s one of many small fishes. Going to account his indirect role, he gets heavy somehow.
This all is nothing compared to our own capabilities- we were fighting Mujahideens, Croats, Local Muslims even under NATO attacks- ALL TOGETHER, without to BE INVOLVED in the war on large scale, our regular Army, TO, Police and population by 75-90% were still a front of TV, working, in stations or military objects on Serbian territory, most of the time. Our best equipment was not used- literary.. That’s good somehow- otherwise Hitler’s name would be second to us.., and we would risk to face nuclear attack on Belgrade, at least. THEY’RE NOTHING COMPARED TO US!! This guy could be “somebody” in Kosov-a, only. The easiest would be to kill him, not even US is doing that to this kind..
I am against the death penalty, don’t believe in killig, but I do believe in prison for life.
