Kevin McCoy teaches English in Belgrade, Serbia. He is originally from
Newburgh, New York, has lived in many parts of the U.S. as well as Kraków,
Poland, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. He graduated with
a degree in Comparative Politics from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Kevin worked for an environmental group in several branches across the
U.S. in addition to working in the publishing industry in Connecticut and
New York City for various magazines before permanently moving back to Europe
in 2003. His interests include postcommunist transition and the role of
nationalism in societies.
