Aleksandar Mitic is Chief Analyst at the Institute 4S in Brussels. He
is a lecturer at the University of Belgrade and an Associate of the Transnational
Foundation for Peace and Future Research in Lund, Sweden. As an Agence
France-Presse (AFP) correspondent from 1999-2005, he was the only journalist
working for foreign media who covered the entire 1999 NATO bombings from
within Kosovo. Born in 1974, he holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Political
Science from Carleton Univerity (Ottawa) and an MA in International Affairs-Conflict
Analysis also from Carleton University. He is currently completing his
PhD at the University of Belgrade.
