in Kosovo, police said Sunday, in the second such attack in as many days.

of the capital, Pristina.
One of the cars belongs to Aferdita Syla, an official in the deputy

On Friday, a bomb placed under the car of Kosovo's interior minister
exploded a few hours before Serbian and ethnic Albanian officials met in
Vienna, Austria, for another round of talks in the U.N.-mediated negotiations

Kosovo's parliament speaker said he considered oth explosions to be
directed against the talks, which could result in Kosovo's independence
from Serbia.
