DynCorp Wins $16 Million Kosovo Project FinancialWire March 25, 2008 The NATO Joint Forces Command, Naples has awarded a DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) subsidiary a contract to provide base support services for NATO forces in Pristina, Kosovo. The firm-fixed price contract is for one base year and four one-year option periods, and has a total value of $16 million if all options are exercised. The work will be performed by DCH Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DynCorp International registered in England and Wales. DCH Ltd. was formerly DynCorp-Hiberna. DCH is the incumbent, and was awarded a 98 percent award fee for superior performance under the previous contract. Under the award, DCH will provide a range of services including facility, grounds and power plant maintenance, custodial service, fueling services, refuse collection and disposal, water and sewage, critical spares purchase and acquisition. Maintenance includes preventative, repair, and recurring and emergency work. The NATO base camp in Pristina houses 1,500 personnel from 22 different nations. Falls Church, Virginia-based DynCorp International is a provider of specialized services to civilian and military government agencies worldwide, and operates programs in law enforcement training and support, security services, base operations, aviation services, contingency operations, and logistics support.
