Bosnian
Muslims against Serb insignia
July 17, 2008

Bosniak
Club in the Parliament of Republic of Srpska will object to the newly chosen
insignia of the country. The Club also says that it may put a veto on the
anthem, said Edin Ramic, president of the Bosnian Muslim Club.
The anthem will be called "My Repubic" and was composed by Mladen Matovic.
The insignia was work of an engineer Nenad Kosanin from Belgrade.
Croat Club leader Tomislav Tomljanovic says that the group will decide
once the official documents about it are submitted to him but he questioned
what in that insignia represents Croats living in the Republic.
Tomljanovic however noted that it is legally hard to initiate a procedure
that the insignia is offensive on the basis of what is not drawn on it.
