November 9, 2008
SERBIANNA

The most popular Serb, Muslim and Croat political leaders have reached an agreement on how to go about reforming the Constitution of Bosnia.

Three leaders - Milorad Dodik of the Serb Republic, Sulejman Tihic of the Party of Democratic Action and Dragan Covic of Croatia Democratic Union - have agreed to reform the constitution of Bosnia.

Bosnian Muslim leader, Haris Silajdzic, is expect to prevent this agreement.

Silajdzic has been identified as the top al-Qaeda leader in Bosnia by a Bosnian Muslim politician Dzevad Galijasevic.

Media in Bosnia are reporting that the agreement is a surprise for many.

The reforms are to follow the Dayton Accords which brought peace to Bosnia,
The civil war in Bosnia was used by Islamic jihadists to infiltrate the country and use it as a base to attack the West. 2 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 are veterans of the Bosnian Jihad.

"The parties agree that the constitution changes through amendments and that an expert help will be used from the international community," said Bosnian Muslim leader Tihic.

The agreement comes days after Tihic had a conversation with the Serbian President Boris Tadic.

"Of course that the parties that are not here today will be introduced and included," said Serb leader Dodik.

Manyare awaiting the reaction of the Islamic extremist leader Haris Silajdzic.
